How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours and take 1-2 weeks to be delivered. Please allow an additional week during busy periods or due to international delivery delays beyond our control.

We will happily replace or refund lost or damaged orders free of charge.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Yes, you can exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it. To initiate an exchange, please contact us, and we’ll provide the nearest return address. Once we’ve received your return, we’ll email you when your exchange order has been dispatched.
